Shaolin 4 kids is an after school club starting soon at Central Foundation for Boys in Old Street, every Monday from 3:30-4:30pm. Click here to view the flyer.

For those who would like to try FOR FREE there is a beginners Meditation/Qi Gong class on Fridays at 6pm - 7.30pm and ALSO FREE ON FRIDAYS after that class is a beginners Sanshou Preparation class. This class is excellent if you want to get fit, tone up, lose weight and improve your reactions. Classes held throughout the week, click here to see the timetable.

Pay as you go classes, back by popular demand!

£8 per hour, £12 1.5 hours
£4 per hour, £6 1.5 hours concession (OAPs, students, low wage. Up to date proof is compulsory on every visit).

Don't forget, you can do a trial class without being a member. If you like the class then you can take out a membership and enjoy the same benefits as members, such as trips and gradings.
