Shaolin Qi Gong and Meditation - Course 1

This is a comprehensive course that will gradually prepare you to be able to understand how to begin your Qi Gong practice and how to practice it correctly to gain health and increase energy levels. It will also give you important information about how to make your life calmer and happier using simple but effective meditation techniques that have been used since ancient times.
The curriculum includes focusing on studying correct movements, correct breathing techniques and forms that are important for your basic understanding of Shaolin Qi Gong practice.
Shaolin Qi Gong and Meditation - Course 2
31st October – 5th December 2015
This is a comprehensive course that will continue with the previous knowledge of Qi Gong practice. The main focus will be a very powerful form called 18 ARHAT HANDS (Luohan Shiba Shou), which is genuine Shaolin Qi Gong. This form is very beneficial to practitioner. It improves health, strength and increases body energy levels. It also helps to stretch. It is very difficult to find this qi gong form in practice or in books. If done correctly it takes more than one hour to complete and with each movement it gets more difficult. That is why it must be practiced gradually and this course will focus on beginning of the form (first 5 pictures out of 18). The form will continue to be taught in courses 3 and 4.
